Clive in Tirol: Dining out

My first meal on my Christmas trip to the Tirol. Smoked trout followed by locally hunted deer, then the dessert menu comes round. I needed help in following the Austrian language but this little beauty apparently translates to “hot love” in English. Now I’m a bit of a romantic so with a description like that, it had to be my choice. I poured the hot raspberries over the ice cream (topped off with lashings of cream) and got stuck in. Normally I’m not big into desserts but after hot love, I might just be converted.
