Clive in Tirol: Getting Christmas ready

I'm still a bit of a sucker for Christmas. I like the anticipation, I like Christmas day and I even like the quiet aftermath. I'm starting my build-up this year with a short break in Austria's Tirol. I'm hoping for snow, there's none yet, apart from the mountain tops, but the forecast looks promising. Just finished a wonderful meal and this band of wandering minstrels turn up. Singing tales of folklore it was really rather a treat and great start to my Christmas campaign. I couldn't understand much of what they were singing but somehow it didn't matter - they were brilliant. I'm setting off on snow watch now.
