How it works
When you subscribe you receive the Legal Helpline phone number plus a code word. You can call the number 24 hours a day 365 days a year. You will be asked what your query is and details taken. A qualified solicitor will then ring you back within an hour to give you initial advice.
If you only use the helpline once (and there are no restrictions on how many times you can call) it will probably save you the price of your subscription in having to spend time and money visiting your own solicitor, let alone the money and trouble the advice itself might save.
But more than the money, it’s the peace of mind this service brings, knowing that, if needed, help is just a phone call away.
